Bukola Olonade- Agaga, FCIS is a Managing Associate with over twenty years of experience. She is a seasoned company secretary and corporate governance practitioner, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. She is also a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria and a member of INSOL International, an international association of restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy professionals. Bukola is a certified Board Evaluator, Corporate Governance Auditor and Trainer.
