Jumoke Lambo is a Director at Alsec Nominees Limited. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989 and is a Notary Public. In addition to overseeing Alsec Nominees Limited, Jumoke is a partner at the Law firm of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie and heads the firm’s Telecommunications, Media and Technology (“TMT”), Aviation, and Employment teams. Her areas of specialisation include foreign investment, regulatory compliance, TMT, aviation, capital markets, employment law and corporate advisory particularly, mergers and acquisitions.

She has over three decades of experience in Company Secretarial Practice, telecommunications law, employment law, immigration law and general corporate practice with an emphasis on legislative drafting, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and due diligence, during which she has assisted several clients with establishing, restructuring and doing business in Nigeria.

She was seconded to both Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Limited – Etisalat Nigeria (2009-2010), and Union Bank of Nigeria (2014-2017) to restructure their legal departments and introduce processes and structures in order to improve their efficiency and optimise output.

She sits on several boards of various companies and charitable organisations and is also noted for her pro bono work. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association and a fellow of the Centre for International Legal Studies and has participated in many seminars and conferences and written articles on her areas of expertise.
