We review a company’s corporate governance practices to identify gaps, make recommendations in line with existing laws and regulations, and initiate the process of resolving the identified gaps.

We conduct corporate searches at the CAC on our clients and on their business partners and/or the internal records of companies that our clients wish to do business with.
